The incredible knowledge, passion and experience of the Project Jonah team inspired me from the moment I met them.

Project Jonah New Zealand are a charity who rescue marine mammals across Aotearoa, running outstanding training & education programmes for all who are keen to get their hands sandy.

Feeling completely inspired after I received my Marine Mammal Medic certificate, I reached out to Louisa, Project Jonah’s Community Lead, to ask if there were any projects that I could help with.

Louisa introduced me to the Marine Mammal Card Game, an educational resource developed by Alisa Hasler, with spectactular illustrations donated by Ferne Eagle. Together with Mina Holder, Education Coordinator and Educator at Project Jonah, we launched this card game as a free (and fun!) resource for tamariki, teachers, parents, and all marine lovers across Aotearoa.

“We loved working with Erin on this project!! Her creative eye and design expertise brought our concept to life beautifully. Erin was a pleasure to work with, always responsive to our feedback and quick to incorporate any changes we suggested. She also took the time to understand our brand and applied our guidelines seamlessly throughout the design process. We're absolutely thrilled with the final result and can't wait to share it with our supporters.”
